HEY YOU BUNCH OF PSYCHOS, WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Melrose & McQueen enforces a 48 hour cancellation policy. This policy applies to ALL appointments 30 minutes or longer. We require all clients to put a card on file.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time carry a 50% charge of the services booked. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge of the services booked.
All the above charges will be made to the card on file.
This payment does not apply towards your future appointment.
When cancelling, we encourage clients to call to avoid any technical mishaps.
OF COURSE AS WE ALL KNOW, IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT, IT’S THE PRODUCTS FAULT. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF NECESSARY?
Any product purchased through Melrose & McQueen, or Melrose & McQueen affiliated company, may be returned with a 100% full refund, as long as said return is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
